Microgreens Cultivation

Microgreens are more than just a garnish; they are a powerhouse of flavor and nutrition. At Victory Garden Greens, we cultivate a wide variety of microgreens, each with its unique taste and health benefits. A range of vibrant options that change with the seasons, our selection includes:

  • Amaranth Microgreens have a light, mild, sweet, and earthy flavor, similar to beetroot.

  • Arugula Microgreens have a peppery and slightly nutty taste, similar to mature Arugula but stronger.

  • Basil Microgreens are crisp and aromatic with a subtle clover-like flavor that's backed by citrus, pepper, and a mild anise.

  • Beet Microgreens have an earthy and sweet flavor profile, similar to mature beets, with a hint of peppery spice.

  • Broccoli Microgreens have a slightly bitter taste. However, this makes them a great addition to anything on the sweeter side as they will balance the flavor.

  • Cantaloupe Microgreens have a delightful crunch and a refreshing sweetness, reminiscent of honeydew melons or cucumbers.

  • Cilantro Microgreens are crisp and have a sweet, bright citrusy aroma with a clean, bold, classic cilantro flavor finishing with robust notes of pepper and fresh-cut grass.

  • Mustard Microgreens have a spicy, tangy, and robust flavor, similar to radishes or full-grown mustard. We use an an exotic variety, not often found, and used as a more beautiful decoration, substitute for wasabi.

  • Rambo Radish Microgreens taste like a peppery radish bulb. The beauty of the radish microgreen is that you can get that same peppery radish punch, in the form of a delicate and crunchy tiny plant.

  • Tendril Pea Microgreens have a fresh and nutty flavor profile, often described as mild and slightly sweet, with a hint of that familiar delicate, pea essence.

  • Sorrel Microgreens have a citrusy, tangy flavor.

  • Sunflower Microgreens taste a lot like sunflower seeds. They are a mix between nutty and lemony but have a more raw and sweet taste.

  • Swiss Chard Microgreens have a slightly bitter, earthy taste, similar to mature Swiss chard leaves. They are also sweeter than beets.

  • Wasabi Microgreens have a similar flavor as the mature plant but with a milder taste, spicy with subtle hints of pepper and sweetness.
